RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
At Baseline & Greens Collective, we are committed to providing high-quality gear for your game.
If your purchase doesn't meet your expectations, we are here to help.
1. Return Window
Items must be returned within 30 days of the original delivery date to be eligible for a refund or exchange.
2. Eligibility & Condition
To ensure the quality of our inventory for all athletes, returned items must meet the following criteria:
Apparel & Accessories: Must be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging with all tags attached.
Equipment (Tennis, Pickleball, Golf): Must be in "New" condition. Plastic must remain on the handles, and the equipment must show no signs of use, scrapes, or court/course debris.
Footwear: Must be returned in the original box (placed inside a separate shipping mailer) and show no signs of outdoor wear.
3. Non-Returnable Items
Custom-strung tennis racquets.
Personalized or custom-ordered merchandise.
Items marked as "Final Sale."
4. How to Return
Contact us at info@baselineandgreens.com with your Order Number to notify us of the return.
Securely pack your items and include a copy of your packing slip or order confirmation.

Please note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or the incorrect item was received.
5. Refunds & Processing
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method. Please allow 5–7 business days for the credit to appear on your statement.
